Venice Orientation Walking Tour

A thorough introduction to Venice starting from St. Mark’s Square

Looking for a special tour in Venice? Combining must-see sites and hidden corners, this Walking Tour takes you to the heart of the city in just four hours; giving you a broad overview of the history, culture and character of the Floating City.

We will introduce you to the most famous buildings as the Doges’ Palace, residence of the Doges and of the political institutions of the Republic of Venice. The building built between the 14th and 15th century, with its peculiar façade is the symbol of the good government of the “Serenissima”, name gave to Venice during its golden age.

You will see the St. Mark’s Square, the Bridge of Sighs, the Bell and Clock Tower, the Rialto bridge and more.
Away from the crowds, you’ll be guided through the backstreets to explore the city’s layout, discover its history and traditions, its products, food and wines from the closest areas. You will be immersed in its intimate atmosphere.
The tour will end in a bacaro to let you feel like an authentic venitian!
