Polignano a Mare is a beautiful coastal town in the southern Italian region of Puglia, known for its stunning cliffs, crystal-clear waters, and charming old town. This tour is an excellent way to discover the narrow streets, stunning viewpoints, and hidden corners of Polignano a Mare.
I will lead you through the historic center, highlighting landmarks like the Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, the medieval bridge, and the Church of Santa Maria Assunta. You can also explore the famous Lama Monachile beach, known for its unique location between two cliffs.
After a quick break we will move by car in a picturesque Farm House where we will start the Cooking Class. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about traditional Puglian cuisine and its unique flavors. Puglia is known for its fresh and simple ingredients, such as extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, vegetables, seafood, and homemade pasta.
