Discover the Taste of Naples: Private Food Walking Tour

The tour is organized around the Historic Center of Naples where we will walk through markets, their typical butchers, fruit and fish shops and mozzarella cheese shops.

While you will be tasting some delicacies, some products with very high cultural value, I’ll tell you about the history of what you’ll be eating, and also the history of these ancient neighbourhoods. We’ll have six or seven spots where you’ll have a variety of traditional local foods.

We’ll visit the popular street of Spaccanapoli, that means “Split-city”, where we will found bakeries and wine shops; there you’ll eat the tipycal Tarallo as snack and perhaps drink a glass of some local wine.
Follows Piazza del Gesù and Piazza San Domenico with its Churches and its famous confectioneries and bars to taste a delicious ice-cream and the pastries “Sfogliatella” and “Babà”; then we’ll end up drinking the original Napolitan coffee “Espresso” that I recommend.

The tour won’t be completed until you enjoy a drink in a historic square of the city !
