Discover the City of Como and Brunate: Private Tour W/Funicular ride
Let’s visit the suggestive city center of Como and Brunate “the balcony of the Alps”
You will spend the first hour reaching Brunate, situated on the top of the mountain above Como, by funicular. Once there we will have a nice walk to find the panoramic point, it’ll be something special! From there we will see the lake, the ancient Roman structure of Como, Milan and the Alps.
The other two hours are dedicated to visit the old downtown of Como. We will walk in a pedestrian area through the elegant streets of the town and we will visit the rich Cathedral, the charming squares and buildings, that are perfect examples of the different architectural styles of the city.
We will admire the amazing 14th century Cathedral of Como, we will take a look at the ruins of an ancient Roman hotsprings. You will see the medieval town center. Walking across the old town, you will listen to a short story about the most famous people who lived in Como. Then we will see from the lakeside the most famous villas around the lake.
It’ll be a day of amazing views and memories!
